Returns & Refund Policy

 

1. Return Period

You may cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

To notify us, email heatsnuggle@gmail.com or send a clear cancellation statement to our business address. Please include your name and order number to help us identify your purchase. No reason is required.

Outside this period, we do not offer change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage and packaging for change-of-mind returns. This includes returns because an item does not suit your preferences or fit, provided the correct item was supplied and it matches its description and published measurements.

We do not provide free return labels for these returns. Return postage is not reimbursed.

Returns must be sent to the return address listed above. Depending on your location, international postage may be required. Please consider this cost before purchasing.

These conditions do not apply to the necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

3. Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce your refund to reflect an actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. This may include washing, extended wear, stains, odours, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Please return all included accessories and use the original packaging where reasonably possible. Missing packaging does not automatically invalidate a statutory return.

4. Sending Your Return

Please contact us for assistance with return instructions. Our approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right, and waiting for a reply does not extend the return deadline.

Pack the goods securely. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Do not send goods to a manufacturer or to an address printed on the delivery packaging unless it matches our stated return address.

5. Refunds

For cancellations under this policy, we issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund processing fee.

When an entire order is cancelled, we refund the original standard delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not refunded beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, contains the wrong item, or does not match its description, contact heatsnuggle@gmail.com. Please provide your order details and, where reasonably possible, photographs to help us assess the issue.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. We will cover necessary return costs where legally required.

The change-of-mind deadline does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Exchanges and Order Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for a different size, colour, or product. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that a parcel already being processed can be intercepted. Dispatch does not remove any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law provides additional rights or longer periods, those rules take precedence.
